Mule AI is Todd Overstreet, working out of Knoxville, Tennessee. The name is the point: a mule is not glamorous, it carries load, and it shows up.
Most of what gets sold as business AI is a chat box on a website. The interesting work is further in — the report someone rebuilds by hand every Monday, the calls that go unanswered after five, the follow-ups nobody owns. That work is specific to your business, which is why it starts with an audit rather than a product demo.
